There are two distinct options available when it comes to recording the speakers at your event. The choice very much depends on final use of the Video and its intended Audience. Quotations for either Option A or Option B available on request.

OPTION A – Recording of the Event: (This is intended where only a record of the event is required for internal use.) The shooting of the event is undertaken by one camera crew where they record each speaker as he /she makes the presentation.  It is filmed using one camera showing the speaker and the presentation material in the same shot.  On completion of the event we produce a DVD with menus that allow you to select each individual speaker.  There is no post- production editing of the material. OPTION B – Conference Video: (Intended where you wish to supply the Video to Conference Delegates and External People.) With this option the presentation will be covered by two Cameras.  One camera will focus on the speaker at all times while the second remote camera will be focused on the screen to record any visual material recorded by the speaker.  This approach allows us in post-production editing to integrate the speaker and his/her visual material together seamlessly.  During the editing it is also possible to remove any errors made during the presentation.  The final presentation will be supplied on DVD disc with on face printing and packaging per your requirements.
